Yes, it's still for sale. Some of you have asked so I'll provide an update. After receiving a ridiculously low verbal offer and an offer to lease long term, we received an official offer and contract a little over a week ago. Upon further inspection, we determined that this offer was very one-sided in favor of the potential buyers and pretty much gave them the ability to walk away free and clear with their earnest money up to a week before the close in addition to wanting us to come down another $10,000. We countered and made the terms a little more balanced, but the contract was still very much in their favor. They walked and told us they would keep looking. And so the drama continues dealing with keeping a house picked up and fairly clean with two young children living in it every day before you leave for work and getting random calls at any time of the day and night asking to show the house. If you know of anyone looking for a house in the Hewitt area, let them know about ours. Trust me, we're flexible, even if they show up during nap time or first thing on Saturday morning!

Beautiful house though!! So we're kinda out of the loop...why are you moving. Are you staying in town, moving away, building?? Just wondering!
